About us
Procacci was founded by Leopoldo Procacci in 1885: a precious gem of Old-World charm in the middle of magnificent Via de’ Tornabuoni, in the heart of downtown Florence.
After more than 100 years, Procacci continues to be an institution among Florentines, the perfect setting for savoring delicacies made with truffles together with an extraordinary selection of Marchesi Antinori wines, served with contemporary flair and finesse.
Procacci’s beautiful outdoor seating area, during the spring and summer months, sits along one of the most fascinating streets in Florence while the small, intimate indoor area is the perfect retreat from fall and winter weather. The historic wine bar has retained its original décor over the years, the Palladiana terrazzo marble floor and wainscoting are from 1910.

An Ode not only to Truffles
Truffled panini with delectable ingredients; truffles and foie gras, butter and anchovies, prosciutto crudo mushroom cream and truffles, scrambled eggs and fresh truffles, smoked salmon with soft cheese and chives, brie and caramelized onions, and many other special fillings.
Made with the finest ingredients, Procacci’s panini have always delighted the palate. The tasting experience is complete when paired with Marchesi Antinori’s fine wines. Wine tasting is also available by the glass. Inside our Gourmet Shop, customers can order a personalized selection of panini in takeout boxes to savor at home with family and friends.

Alternating with the seasons, the bistro menu changes twice a year: autumn / winter and spring / summer. There is no shortage of special weekly proposals and some advice for wine pairing. A wine and food boutique overlooking Via de' Tornabuoni, to breathe the enchanting atmosphere of Florence even during a short business lunch break.
